“I have a BMW and I like taking my car here rather than the BMW dealership. The price I pay here is pretty reasonable compared to the dealership. My friends that drive their Mercedes Benz comes here often to get their cars fixed. The Autobahn team specializes in German and other Foreign cars and they are located in Plano. They provide shuttle service to you work and they also have WiFi if you’re like me who can work remotely. Autobahn is more preventative and looks at everything about your car before you go to your next service. Before you leave the place, they give you an advice on what to fix on your car and what you should be looking into moving forward. That’s how independent shops should do it. I love coming here because the guys are nice and I get to walk to the next shopping plaza to eat Korean food or across the street to go to the bakery nearby to get a treat. I’m glad I found these guys because they’ve done a great job for a fraction of the price from the dealerships.”

“The title says it all, except to add that the customer service was also superb. They kept me informed as the repairs progressed, and they picked me up and dropped me off 20 miles from the shop. An excellent experience.”

“Just moved to town and hadn’t found a shop yet, but after yesterday’s visit to Autobahn I can’t imagine why I’d go anywhere else. I called last minute after work and they offered to take a look at my ’06 325 but was clear that, because of how late it was, they might be able to fix it that night. Turns out they had everything they needed there! Really appreciated the straight forward run down about what was wrong and the price to fix was more than fair.”

“Have always had a concise listing of any repairs that were needed and told exactly what the cost would be. If there were any questions about the repair or service it was handled immediately.. The service manager is very knowledgeable and that shows in the experienced service technicians that are employed there. Oh, but don’t take my word for it. If you need a repair or a quote for repairs and want the best service go to Autobahn Service Center.”

“It took us two years after moving to this city to find an auto service provider we could trust and was reasonably priced. That was two plus years ago and we still rave about Autobahn. We recently bought an SUV from Carmax and Autobahn probably saved us hundreds if not well over a thousand or three of future repairs with what they found. We returned that SUV to Carmax within their five day return window. What did Autobahn charge? Nothing! Our latest was a nail in the tire of the SUV we eventually purchased (after Autobahn’s thumbs up). Fortunately, the tire deflated close to home after a recent trip. Autobahn did the repair and mounted the wheel at no charge! The reason why we are loyal customers is that they will be completely honest, won’t scare you into more work than is necessary, and will own up to their own mistakes and make it right. Even though their name is “Autobahn” (they do specialize in high end vehicles, but handle all) they are reasonably priced. And, ALL staff are friendly, are happy to see you. We had recently moved again (before all this), but have (and will continue to) travel out of our way to Autobahn because they are JUST THAT GOOD!”

“Glad I found this independent shop. Excellent customer service, fast, straightforward, much better prices than dealer. Nice comfortable customer-wait area with wifi, beverages and snacks. Shuttle service and car wash included too. Was a nice welcome to TX ;)”

I have had 2 major repairs in the last year and Jeff & his team are always spot on with their recommendations and service. I definitely trust their guidance and repairs to be right the first time. My only regret is that I did not discover Autobahn Service Center years ago!”
